1. Order cancellation
- You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Just WhatsApp us at +91 92195 52484.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned (see below).
2. Returns & exchanges
- We accept return / exchange requests within 7 days of delivery if the product is:
- Damaged or defective on arrival, OR
- Incorrect (wrong size / variant sent), OR
- Unused, in original packaging with tags intact.
- Attar, Bakhoor and Talbeena are food / personal-use items — they can only be returned if sealed and unopened, or if damaged in transit.
- Custom-stitched Jubba & Imama Shareef are non-returnable unless defective.
3. How to request a return
- WhatsApp +91 92195 52484 with your order number and a photo of the product.
- We'll arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable) or share a return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI / card / bank transfer for COD orders).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or wrong product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace it at no extra cost or offer a full refund — your choice.
