1. Coverage
We deliver across all of India. International shipping is currently not available — please WhatsApp us for special requests.
2. Shipping charges
- Topi: Flat ₹50 delivery charge.
- Attar, Bakhoor, Talbeena, Jubba, Imama: Free shipping on orders above ₹500. ₹49 flat charge below ₹500.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available — a small COD handling fee may apply at checkout.
3. Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
- You'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
4. Delivery time
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days
- Other cities & towns: 5–8 working days
- Remote areas: up to 10 working days
Delivery times may vary during festivals, weather disruptions or courier delays.
5. Tracking your order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link on WhatsApp. You can also track via the Track Order page.
6. Undelivered orders
If a courier returns the order due to incorrect address or non-availability, we will reach out to reschedule. Re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
